There are two semesters during which the studies take place. Therefore, Examination take place twice in a year  i.e at the end of every semester, on a date to be decided by the administrative board in an academic calendar year.

Second round examination will equally be conducted for those students who failed in the first round. Thereafter, whoever fails above two subjects will be considered failure and whoever failed two-third of all the subjects will never be allowed to sit for second round of the examination and will take previous class or expelled from the school.

Examination are of two typesin this school:
A. Writing: This applies to all the courses
B. Oral:This applies to some courses subjected to the resolution of the administartion board.

Student will be considered passed when he/she is able to have a half of the overall score at the end of the academic year.  The score, which is 100%, is divided into two (according to the two semesters) 40% each while the remaining twenty will be for continues assessment making the total 100 at the end of the year.
